Arton grew out of Dekkledenfabriek Venlo, a factory that originally made tarpaulins exclusively for the transport sector. In 1989 Jules Aerts joined as general manager. This led to the founding of the sister company Arton, which in time grew larger than Dekkledenfabriek Venlo itself.
Arton stands for Aerts Reclame Techniek Ontwerpen (Dutch for Aerts Signage Technology Design). Today we are a company of 33 employees. Together we produce tarpaulins, signage and graphics for our customers from our premises on Celsiusweg in Venlo.
We advise you and create an accurate design with a working drawing.
We only start production once you have approved the design.
We do all the printing, cutting, sewing and fitting ourselves, on our own machines.
We deliver and install professionally and remain available for repairs and service.
Our site covers 5,000 m², of which 3,300 m² is currently built on. We are one of the largest tarpaulin manufacturers in the Netherlands, and the largest in the south-east of the country.
We produce almost everything ourselves, with our own skilled staff and modern machines. As one of the few companies in the Netherlands, we print directly onto tarpaulin fabric of any colour, up to 320 cm wide.
We agree everything with you in advance and only start production once you have approved the design. Our UV printing effectively burns the print into the fabric, so it does not get damaged.
We use inks that meet the TOSCA standard. Once cured, the UV ink is completely VOC-free. Quality with care for people and the environment.
